Your mindset plays an important role in how you deal with life's challenges. There are two different types of mindsets: fixed and growth. People with a fixed mindset believe that their qualities and the situations around them are unchangeable. People with a growth mindset believe that qualities can be developed and strengthened over time to adapt to ever-changing situations. It is important that we all try to develop a growth mindset. Situations will arise in life that could feel like a setback. Will you look at that setback and just give up on chasing your dreams? Or will you see that setback as motivation to keep grinding and working towards your ultimate goals in life? Ponder this quote from Jorge Cruise:
"Remember that setbacks are only challenges in disguise. Look at them as lessons and don't waste time beating yourself up. Just get back on track and focus on what you want. It's up to you, and you will do it!"
